We're seeking men and women of high character willing to serve as trusted friends to students at Nichols Intermediate. We handle training, matching, and support — you bring consistency and care.

What to Expect

Interview & background check

Every mentor is interviewed and background-checked before joining the program. Safety comes first.

Training & support

We train you before your match and support you all year — you're never mentoring alone.

About one hour a week

A monthly lunch with your student on campus, a monthly community activity, and a weekly check-in.

One school year

Consistency is the whole point. Mentors commit to walking with their student for a full school year.
